TRIHARD Pre & Post Swim Conditioner protects against chlorine and hydrates hair post-swim. Apply before you swim to create a protective layer around your hair. This protective layer neutralizes the absorption of pool chemicals and dramatically reduces swim and chlorine related side effects.
Apply the conditioner again after your swim to calm an irritated and dry scalp. This product is formulated with a blend of Dead Sea Salts, Dead Sea minerals, and botanical extracts to soothe your hair and restore texture.

HOW TO USE PRE-SWIM
- Apply a generous amount and gently massage through your hair and scalp. Note - If you are being asked to shower before entering the pool – after initial application rinse the product off lightly, without using soap.
HOW TO USE POST-SWIM
- Apply the product and gently massage through your hair and scalp
- Close your eyes for 10 seconds and focus on one aspect from your workout that you want to keep doing and one thing you want to improve
- Rinse thoroughly
