I don't swim, so I don't have to deal with chlorine, but I do spend hours outside on the water every day as a rower and facing the wind, sun, and water still dry me out pretty easily. This soak not only helped with muscle aches and cramps, but it also seemed to help my skin stay hydrated. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause an eczema breakout, which is about all I can ask from any product. I'd recommend this product to any athlete.
